Keith Federink, General Manager
Keith brings more than 26 years of financial, lending and management
experience to CFSN. He began his career in financial institutions,
first in lending and then as Branch Manager prior to joining
Community
Futures.
Keith brings excellent knowledge of the British Columbia economy
having worked in many BC communities including: Castlegar, Vernon,
Fort Nelson, Dawson City, Fort St John, Prince George, Stewart and
Terrace. Since joining CFSN as the General Manager in 1996, Keith
has continued to develop his skills in administration, development
finance and community economic development, including the completion
of his Community Economic Development Certificate. Keith lives in
Vanderhoof with his wife and two school-aged daughters.
Graham
Stanley, Business Analyst
Originally from Quesnel and Vancouver, Graham came to CFSN
in June of 2003. Since that time he has been providing small business
start-up and expansion counselling, and assisting in their
custom fit financial needs. Graham brings 20 years of experience
in finance, commercial lending and manufacturing business consulting.
Graham lives in Vanderhoof and enjoys being active in the community
as a volunteer, playing guitar and acting as the Parade Marshall
for the
Nechako Valley
Fall
Fair.
Janine Payne, Financial Support Officer
Janine has been the Financial Support Officer for CFSN since
1998, and has more than 25 years experience as a professional bookkeeper.
She was self-employed at Community Futures in Powell River prior to
joining us here in Vanderhoof. Janine, and her husband, have lived
in the Vanderhoof area since 1997. She is an accomplished horse
breeder (Appaloosa Sport Horses) and competes locally in show harness
driving. Janine owns 17 horses, two donkeys and one mule named
O'Henry.
Barry O'Brien, Project Coordinator
Barry joined CFSN in March of 2006 as the researcher for the
Vanderhoof Community Labour Market Partnership. He now works
on projects, business plan counselling and loans. As a Bachelor of Science graduate
with a major in Wood Science, Barry also brings 28 years of experience
in the lumber manufacturing sector. He lives in Vanderhoof with his
wife, a school teacher, and two high school aged children.
Stacy Swanson, Administrative Officer
Originally growing up in Fort Fraser and living in Vanderhoof since 1995 with her husband and three daughters, Stacy Swanson has always resided in the Stuart Nechako area. In 2006, Stacy completed the Applied Business Technology program at the College of New Caledonia in Vanderhoof and she has worked as an administrative assistant in the education sector and as a customer service representative in the financial sector before joining Community Futures. Stacy’s primary responsibility is to answer inquiries by the public, provide awareness of our programs and service, and schedule appointments with our program staff. She assists clients to access and use resource materials, including the Jan Pooley Entrepreneur’s Business Library and the internet at our computer stations. Stacy enjoys the quiet family oriented lifestyle offered in the region.
